Our KAYA Maisonette is in Triq Il-Gizimin, Swieqi.

Swieqi, which is part of St Julian's, is an upmarket residential area, very close to a sandy beach as well as other rocky beaches. Within walking distance one finds many restaurants, cinemas, bowling alley, shops, and other tourist attractions. It is 10 minutes by bus away from Sliema and 20 minutes from Valletta, our Capital City.

Our newly refurbished stylish studio-maisonette is a larger than usual, modern dwelling with a spacious backyard. Moreover, being a solitary maisonette, it does not share the main entrance with others. This affords visitors greater privacy and security, apart from enjoying a peaceful ambiance since no one lives on top of, or below, your holiday dwelling.
